Excellent large fully fitted oak kitchen with a breakfast bar. Large dining room with table to seat 12 persons. Beautiful large conservatory, patio, large garden, gas barbecue. Digital TV with FreeSat, video/DVD, cot and high chair in both properties. Oil, logs and electricity included in price. 
Clinton Cottage
(sleeps 2/4) (photo right) One double bedroom. Large lounge has a double folding bed if required. Well equipped kitchen/diner. Bath/shower room. Wall mounted electric heaters. Electricity by meter. Private garden with patio, gas barbecue. There are reductions for fewer numbers and for shortbreaks out of season. - Good centre for touring East Anglia.
