With unrivalled views of beautiful Putsborough Sands from all three front rooms, this is a spacious family flat, ideal for beach holidays, for surfers, walkers and golfers. Surrounded by National Trust land, it is an unspoilt corner of North Devon, popular with nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts.

Accommodation

There are three bedroooms (one king size with ensuite shower room, one twin, one room with bunk beds) plus a family bathroom, fitted kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, microwave etc. and a washing machine.
The open plan living room includes a sofabed, and patio doors onto a small outside terrace - ideal for watching the sun set over the sea.

Facilities

Converted from a hotel in the 80s, the flats share a large heated swimming pool, with children's pool and shower, and also coin operated dryers.
There is designated parking for one car, plus a free pass to the beach car park.
