Clay Cottage is set in a delightful mature cottage garden in a quiet and beautiful wooded location reached by a beech-lined lane (no through road). It is two miles from the small market town of Holsworthy and less than fifteen minutes easy drive to some of the most spectacular and unspoilt beaches of the North Cornwall and Devon coast.

Accommodation

We have lovingly refurbished the cottage and decorated it in a 'country living' style. Our own house and ceramics studio are close by.
From the private terrace the entrance leads to the fully equiped fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave.
The south facing sitting/dining room has comfy red sofas, TV, DVD and CD/radio.
There is a ground floor shower room.
Bedroom 1 has a 5ft bed and bedroom 2 has 3ft twin beds.
A travel cot and high chair are available.
Central heating.
Prices include electricity, gas, bed linen and towels (not beach towels).

Outside

The private terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue and the cottage has its own sunny lawned garden.
There are extensive safe play areas for children.
Parking is not a problem!

No smoking or pets.
