The Farm House and Cottages at Cil-Coed Uchaf surround the old farm yard, at the foot of the hill surrounded by large old trees overlooking Caernarfon Bay and Anglesey. On a fine summer evening the mountains of Ireland can be seen.

In the freedom of 33 acres of fields and hill the family can relax and enjoy the walks, picnics, plenty of wild life for the children to see, an ideal place for the children to play, no road to cross which makes it perfect. The Farm House and Cottages are situated in a peaceful and secluded area of natural beauty. Centrally located - and just 15 mins walk along a country lane to a village inn / restaurant.

FARMHOUSE - sleeps 10 +cot. Min £450, Max £850.
Ground floor - Fully fitted kitchen, utility room, toilet, lounge, hallway, dining room.
First floor - 4 bedrooms, bathroom/shower. Two shower suite rooms.

A three bedroomed cottage sleeping six, but can accommodate sleeping for an extra person by arrangement. All three bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, and two of the bedrooms have excellent sea views, whilst the other has a country view. Drws Coed also has a fully equipped large kitchen diner with beautiful sea and country views.
The spacious lounge has a panoramic sea and country view, as dose the adjacent conservatory.
Spacious private sitting and eating area outside beautiful sea and country views, also private parking. The cottage is roomy and fully equipped.
Ample private car parking.
Cot, high chair and bed linen provided.

YSTABAL - sleeps 6 +cot. Min £300, Max £500.
Ground floor - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath/shower.
First floor - Lounge, kitchen/diner, 1 bedroom.

The Old Ystabal has been tastefully renovated and superbly equipped into a split level cottage with exposed beams, and central heating throughout.
The Lounge and Kitchen are situated on the first floor, the lounge has a large picture window with magnificent views of Caernarfon Bay, where you can relax in the evenings and watch the sun set.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, colour TV. All rooms have sea and mountain views.
There is an enclosed patio at the rear which also is a sun trap in the summer.

YSGUBOR - sleeps 4 +cot.

The Ysgubor has been tastefully restored, with its original beams, coal fire and central heating. Ysgubor has character of its own. The open planned kitchen/diner is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer. The lounge has a breathtaking view of Caernarfon Bay. TV, Freeview and DVD. It also has a private patio area. Private parking by the cottage.

Cil-Coed Uchaf Cottages and Farm House are situated half a mile from the quaint little village of Clynnog Fawr, which is on the coastal road between Caernarfon and Pwllheli. The village has one of the finest Churches in Wales celebrated as containing the burial place of St.Beuno. There is an Inn restaurant, a village shop and Post Office.

Snowdonia, Anglesey and Lleyn peninsula are within 30 minutes drive, with Caernarfon and Pwllheli being your nearest shopping centre. This makes Cil-Coed Uchaf an ideal touring base. Nearest beach is 5 mins away by car.
