Ciderhouse Cottage is situated in the heart of rural, unspoilt Monmouthshire on a working farm which was originally part of the Rolls Estate (co-founder of Rolls Royce). It is only 5 miles from the bustling, medieval town of Monmouth with its many shops and restaurants. - Traditional stone and brick built barn converted to retain many of its original features with exposed beams, slate floors and under-floor heating giving an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation.
- A two minute walk to the highest point behind the farm will guarantee you breathtaking views of the Sugar Loaf, Black Mountains and surrounding rolling countryside.
 - Visit the many magnificent border castles nearby or join in the numerous outdoor sports on offer. Offa's Dyke path, one of the most famous walks in Britain, and the Three Castles walk are just 1.5 miles away. There are also many wonderful woodland walks in the Forest of Dean with cycle hire and canoeing available.
- For golfers the famous Rolls of Monmouth is nearby and, in fact, a view of the upper part of the course can be seen from the farm.
- Head south to the lush meadows of the Wye Valley or north to the contrasting, rugged hills of the Brecon Beacons.
- An ideal base situated in an area of outstanding beauty.
Accommodation 3 bedrooms - 1 double/family room wet room ensuite, 1 twin room, 1 twin attic room and an additional bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Underfloor heating. Gas woodburner for cooler nights. Heating and electricity is included in the rental price along with linen and towels. Patio area with seating. Short breaks are available. Bed & Breakfast is also offered in the Farmhouse.
