 This pretty, spacious and charming cottage sleeps up to 8, one bed being a sofa bed. - Found in Preston on the outskirts of Weymouth.
- Brilliantly located for country and coastal walks.
- Local amenities include a fish and chip shop, a co-op and three country pubs where good food is served. There is also a regular bus that goes to and from the main town and beach. There is also a bus that travels along the Jurrasic Coast to Exeter, stopping along the way.
- The beach is a pleasant 10 minute walk along the lane passing a quaint 14th century church.
Accommodation The cottage boasts three good size bedrooms with an upstairs bathroom. Downstairs there is good size sitting room with leather sofas - one of these being a sofa bed. There is also a gas burning stove. On the ground floor there is a shower room. The dining room is perfect for evening dining with its farmhouse table and log burning stove. The kitchen is well equiped with a dishwasher and washing machine. This leads to a courtyard garden with outside seating and a BBQ.
