An attractive, comfortable new conversion situated close to a designated AONB and within easy walking distance of the facilities of Storrington village. The location is ideal for access to miles of beautiful countryside (including the South Downs) walking straight from the door. The property is ideal for 2 people, but can provide family accommodation for up to 4, however access to the bathroom is through upstairs double bedroom.

Accommodation

The cottage shares a drive-way with the owner's property but is completely self-contained with its own ground floor open plan kitchenette and spacious living/dining area.
Upstairs comprises a double bedroom and bathroom with toilet, basin and corner bath (hand-held shower).
Two double sofa beds downstairs.
Facilities include central heating, bed linen and towels, fridge, 2 ring stove, table-top mini oven, DVD/TV, Radio/Cd player.
Charges include all laundry costs for 2 people. Extra bedding/towels will be charged at a rate of £10 per person.

Location

Location is ideal for access to miles of beautiful countryside walking straight from the door.
10 minute walk into Storrington which offers a range of shops, pubs, restaurants, petrol station, supermarket plus other facilities.
Car recommended (off-road parking available).
Attractions within easy reach include the Elizabethan Parham House, the pretty village of Amberley, the magnificent castle at Arundel, the cathedral city of Chichester, horse racing at 'Glorious' Goodwood and Fontwell, polo at Cowdrey.
Shop in beautiful market towns like Petworth and Steyning plus host of other popular tourist attractions.
Bustling Brighton is less than 20 miles and Worthing, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis and other coastal resorts much closer.
London is just over an hour by train from nearby Pulborough Station.
Bicycle hire or riding stables close by.
Other attractions include golf, llama trekking, paint balling, farm trails, nature reserves.
