CHENEY HOLLOW COTTAGES
Perfect for couples wanting a relaxing break at any time of year, our two delightful, one bedroom detached self catering cottages are situated in a peaceful location within easy reach of village amenities, beaches and countryside.

Fully double glazed, both cottages are built in a traditional Norfolk style.
With comfortable beds, linens, furnishings, equipment and cleanliness all of a high standard, it is the perfect 'home from home' as our guests say.
Both cottages have electric central heating by radiators throughout, 32" flat screen TVs with FreeSat via Sky box and a DVD player.
The newly refurbished kitchens have everything you might need to prepare and cook most meals with a electric fan assisted oven and ceramic hob together with a microwave, toaster, integrated fridge with icebox and dishwasher.
Also a washer/dryer with indoor airer and outdoor rotary clothes line for personal laundry.
Each cottage has its own spacious patio with garden furniture, BBQ and lovely views over our one acre gardens. All you need is the sunshine!

GUEST COTTAGE is a pretty carrstone and brick one bedroom detached cottage built around 1850's. Upstairs the large bedroom has a super king size bed which can be separated to form twins. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with power shower over, wash hand basin and w.c.. Downstairs is the kitchen with white units and black work top with a delightful dining alcove overlooking the front garden. Separate lounge with French doors opening onto a large sunny patio leading up to the rear gardens and summer house. Off road parking in our private driveway directly outside the cottage. GARDEN COTTAGE is a lovely carrstone and brick one bedroom detached bungalow with a delightful Victorian style conservatory. The bedroom has a 5' king size bed and pine furniture. The bathroom has a 'P' shaped bath with power shower over, wash hand basin and w.c. The spacious kitchen and lounge are 'open plan' with French doors leading off the lounge into a lovely Victorian style conservatory with delightful views over our side and rear gardens. The kitchen has white units with black worktops and a breakfast bar to one side. The dining area is within the large bay window overlooking the garden. The patio with furniture and BBQ is off to one side. Parking is off road in our driveway which is approximately 100m from the cottage private entrance gate on Cheney Hill.
