Set amongst some of the most beautiful scenery in Argyll, the cottage is within the village of Kilmelford close to Loch na Cille and is ideally placed for touring Argyll with Oban just 14 miles away where you can get the ferry for Mull and Iona or even travel south on the mainland to the famous Mull of Kintyre passing through Kilmartin Glen looking at the ancient monuments and castles en route.

The area is ideal for walking with the Gardens of Arduaine nearby and the area also has an abundance of wildlife including red squirrels and deer and if you look out to sea while walking along the single track coast road to Degnish you will probably see seals swimming in the bay and various birds of prey soaring the skies.
Fort William (Ben Nevis), Inverary, Glen Coe and Glasgow are all within a 2 hour drive maybe a little longer if you keep stopping to admire the views.

Accommodation comprises:

3 bedrooms (1 double ensuite, 2 twin rooms).
Family Bathroom.
Kitchen.
Lounge (opening out onto a conservatory)/Diner to comfortably seat 6.
Sitting Room (PC Access available and Wifi if you bring your own Laptop).
Garden furniture is supplied so you can sit out on warm balmy evenings and relax with a glass or two of local whisky whilst looking up at the stars in the clear night skies.
