Cavers Knowes is a spacious farmhouse set in idyllic Border countryside in a beautifully secluded position. There is private loch fishing, boating and woodland walks. It is ideally situated for numerous golf courses and also make an ideal base for exploring the Border countryside.

The accommodation consists of:

Three bedrooms, sleeping 5.
A large well equipped kitchen.
Utility room with electric shower.
Separate dining room.
Large sitting room with log stove, colour television and video.
There is oil central heating throughout, which also heats the water.
Logs are provided for the fires.
Enclosed garden, back and front.

Also available is Stable Cottage, a newly converted cottage furnished to a high standard throughout.

Beautiful views and a tranquil location.
Sleeps 4.
All accommodation is on one level.
There is an enclosed garden with a path leading down to a small pond.
Ample parking and all logs are provided.

Cavers Knowes and Stable Cottage are situated three miles south of Hawick on the A6088. Weekend lets are also available throughout the winter.
