A charming 18th century semi-detached cottage in an elevated position near the fishing village of Burnmouth. There is a small garden from which there are superb coastal and rural views.

Burnmouth has a small harbour and pebble beach. There is a pub/restaurant and bus services to Berwick on Tweed-St Abbs and Edinburgh.
Peaceful, yet near to the A1 with easy access to the fishing town of Eyemouth (3 miles) and the historic walled town of Berwick-on-Tweed (6 miles).
Stunning views of the coast up to St Abbs Head and surrounded by open countryside.
Ideally located for outdoor pursuits; walking, fishing, golf, bird-watching, scuba diving and surfing.
Within easy reach of many historic houses and castles.
Pleasant walks from the cottage onto the coastal path or into the countryside.
Edinburgh is only 50 miles away and is accessible by train, bus, or car.

Lounge/dining room with beamed ceiling has comfortable furniture, TV and DVD. Radio and CD player.
Modern kitchen with electric cooker/hob. Built-in fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Downstairs twin bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet.
