Equipped to a high standard and full of vintage charm with its feature fireplaces, exposed beams, and part-exposed stone walls. It is 2 minutes walk from restaurants, pubs, shops, galleries and Appledore's Quay. Perfectly positioned for touring the area, attractions include The Big Sheep, Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal, Tarka Trail (with cycle hire), sea-fishing trips and much more. The golden sands at Westward Ho! are just 2 miles away or picturesque coastal villages of Clovelly, Hartland Quay and Bucks Mills are within a short scenic drive.

Catboat Cottage is a stones throw from Appledore Beach; drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves lapping up the slipway.
