Cascade Cottage takes its name from the nearby water cascade. It is fronted by a babbling brook straddled by a rustic wooden bridge that leads to the front door. The cottage is quietly situated next to Edgcott Guest House, a gracious age old country pile.

Dating back to the 17th century, the crumbling remains of the cottage have been lovingly restored and recently completely refurbished by Marc Watts, who has gone to considerable lengths to make sure Cascade Cottage retains its original wobbly charm. It has its own small garden, and guests also have use of Edgcott's woodlands, small lake and the wild flower gardens.
During Xmas, New Year and the Winter months Edgcott House right next door is available for self catering of larger parties. Sleeps 16. Click here for details.
