Accommodation:

Front Door into hallway leading to a spacious and comfortable sitting room with hi-fi, TV, Freeview playback digital recorder, DVD recorder and video, wood burning stove which is easy to use and very homely in colder weather, wood-board flooring. Also off the hallway is a toilet.
Kitchen/Dining Room: very large with a farm house table that sits 8/10 comfortably, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, TV, IPod speakers and docking station, and all other mod cons, wood-board floor.
Main bedroom with en-suite shower room and separate dressing area, double bed and extra bed that can be put up when required, cot, TV and DVD player.
Second bedroom: sleeps 4 with bunk beds (2ft 6ins), double bed and TV, and shares bathroom with 3rd bedroom that also has bunk beds (3ft). TV.
Oil central heating and back up immersion heater.
WiFi internet access throughout.

This accommodation is spacious and excellent for two families. It also has a pleasant and enclosed garden that allows sunshine for most of the day during the summer.
