This stunning ground floor apartment forms part of an exclusive development of apartments and cottages in the former Swan Hotel, a 17th century Coaching Inn. Carrigbaun is a modern apartment that has been furnished to the highest standards.

The accommodation is allergy friendly, has gas central heating and comprises:  
  • Hallway: A large communal hallway leads to the apartment's front door. From there the hallway leads to two double ground floor bedrooms, the main bathroom and large kitchen/lounge/dining area. A basement area houses the laundry area with an integrated washer dryer.
  • Kitchen/Lounge/Dining Area: At the end of the hallway is a door leading to a large modern living area. The room is at the rear of the property with a large window affording views out towards the attractive rear garden and Skiddaw beyond. The lounge and dining area will comfortably seat four and a new large wall mounted flat screen satelite TV has recently been fitted.
  • The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, integrated electric cooker and hob and microwave.
  • Main Bathroom: The large bathroom has been designed using quality fittings. It has a seperate shower and bath with hand basin and WC.
  • Bedroom 1: A large ground floor double bedroom fitted with solid oak furniture.
  • Bedroom 2: A large ground floor twin bedroom fitted with solid oak furniture.
  • For letting purposes we offer it as a two bedroomed apartment and the prices reflect this but will occasionally consider requests for three bedroom lets.

  • This is the only apartment in the complex with its own raised private deck area. The large deck area is suitable for sitting out, enjoying a BBQ and enjoying the wonderful views.
  • From the deck area one can access the immaculate landscaped communal gardens. The gardens have a large pond and sitting out area.

  • There is ample parking to the front of the property.
  • Sorry, no pets. The apartment is not suitable for young children.
