Carpenter's Lodge is a self contained extension to the owner's house on the edge of the village of Snettisham. Guests can use the owner's heated swimming pool and the walled courtyard / outside eating area and barbecue.

Spacious airy lounge with 2 large settees, Satellite TV, CD-DVD player, table and chairs, and log burning stove.
Stairs to Mezzanine floor; main double bedroom.
Dining room / second bedroom; large pine dining table, double sofa bed, chair bed.
Bed linen and duvets provided. Towels supplied.
Cot available on request.
Kitchen with modern units, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave.
Small cloakroom with WC, hand basin, shaver point.
Separate shower cubicle.
Heated swimming pool (Mid-May - Mid-Sept) and paved patio area.
Walled courtyard / outside living area; paved area, canal water feature, decked eating area, BBQ.

Snettisham is an attractive small village with good facilities, acclaimed local family pub and fine church. It is situated between King's Lynn and Hunstanton on the North West Norfolk coast some 2 miles from the sea.

There are excellent sandy beaches, coastal footpaths, nature reserves and natural beauty within easy reach on this Heritage Coastline. Nearby are historic sites in King's Lynn, Holkham Hall, Sandringham and Castle Acre, and there are RSPB reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell.
