Two delightful self-catering cottages set in the peaceful South Norfolk countryside, offering a welcome break at any time of the year. Each enjoys its own patio area, with shared use of the lovely two acre landscaped garden.
  • Quiet lanes and country roads lead to local amenities, including a shop, post office, butcher, farm shop and many local pub/restaurants, yet the cottages are within eight minutes of the A11, and close to the market towns of Wymondham, Diss and Attleborough.
  • The medieval city of Norwich, with its castle, cathedral, shopping malls, galleries, museums and numerous entertainment venues, is only a twenty minute drive away.

Cowslip Cottage (2 photos above) sleeps 4 + Cot:
  • Open plan sitting room with TV and electric feature fire.
  • Modern well-equipped kitchen with dining area.
  • Double bedroom with king-size bed and TV.
  • Twin bedded room.
  • Bathroom/W.C. with bath and separate shower cubicle.
  • Suitable for the less mobile, with no steps and easy access.
Carleton Cottage has three bedrooms, sleeping 5 + Cot:
  • Hall with separate playroom.
  • Well-equipped kitchen.
  • Dining room with door to patio.
  • Large sitting room with wood-burner, and door to further patio.
  • Cloakroom/W.C.
  • Twin bedded room.
  • Stairs off the sitting room to 1st floor with double bedroom, single bedroom, and large bathroom/W.C., with both a bath and a separate shower cubicle.
Both properties include linen and towels, TV, DVD, microwave, automatic washing machine, fridge/fridge-freezer, electricity, oil central heating, patio with furniture and BBQ. Lots of extras included, e.g. home made jam/marmalade, herb garden, fresh flowers.

Regrettably, we do not allow pets or smoking indoors.
