Immaculately presented detached Bungalow and spacious family sized Farmhouse / 2 Apartments situated in the heart of the scenic Welsh countryside, at the foothills of the Brecon Beacons within the National Park. Superbly located for walking with plenty of fresh mountain air and walks from the doorstep onto the mountains. Centrally based for touring. Perfect place for relaxing with peace and quiet. Farmhouse:
This delightful detached farmhouse has been cleverly divided into two completely self-contained apartments with their own individual entrance but interlinking by an internal door making a very spacious family sized property which can be used jointly for larger families to accommodate a maximum of 7 persons.
 
Ground Floor Apartment: (2 photos below)
A lovely family kitchen with oak fitted units and an oil fired Rayburn, set in an inglenook fireplace which provides plenty of hot water and full central heating making this a warm and comfortable place to stay in the winter months. There is a long pine dining table which will seat 10, old oak church pews and a lovely welsh dresser. An electric ceramic hob double oven and grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample work surface and storage space in the well equipped kitchen. A colour TV, radio and views out over the well kept garden.

There is a bedroom downstairs with a double bed with a new, very good quality mattress. A shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. A cosy sitting room with colour TV, and video, a very comfortable sofa bed and easy chairs. A choice of either an open wood fire with logs provided or if preferred there is a very efficient electric fire.

In the porch near the front door there is a drying area for muddy boots and wet clothes. Ample parking space on the courtyard. Private enclosed sunny country garden at the back of the house with patio, bar-be-que and garden seating. Rotary clothes airer.

First Floor Apartment: (2 photos below)
This part of the Farmhouse is reached either through the interlinking door from the Ground Floor Apartment or has its own separate entrance through the original front door and up a flight of stairs to the first floor.  Childrens safety gate fitted at the top of the stairs.  The views from the window are lovely looking out over the valley at the front of the house and at the back you can view the animals and wildlife in the neighbouring fields and Cefn Cyff mountain which leads on up to Pen-y-fan, the highest peak in the Beacons (886m) making this a wonderful location for walkers.

There is a well equipped kitchen with oak units, 4 ring electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and radio. Quality saucepans, cutlery and Portmeirion china etc all provided. Pine dining table and chairs. A large sitting room with comfortable sofas, a flame effect electric fire and a colour T.V. There are two pretty bedrooms. One double bedroom and a family room with one double and one single bed. A family sized bathroom with a bath, a power shower over, vanity unit and toilet. Large airing cupboard. Full central heating.

The Bungalow: (3 photos below)
This detached self-catering holiday let has 3 bedrooms and offers superior accommodation, warmth and comfort.

The large kitchen/dining room is extremely well equipped with fitted units, pine dresser displaying willow pattern china, table and chairs. Electric cooker, fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, radio and a colour TV.

The view from the kitchen window looks out onto Cefn Cyff mountain where the sheep graze peacefully, which leads up to Pen-y-fan the highest peak in the Brecon Beacons.

A warm, cosy and comfortable sitting room is furnished with soft leather two and three seater sofas and easy chair, a large screen colour T.V. with SKY basic channels, video/CD combi and Hi-fi. A choice of either a very efficient real flame electric fire or an open wood fire with logs provided.  There are delightful views from the windows across the valley.

The property offers 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all have recently been attractively decorated with great care and attention to detail.

The shower room has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and a shaver socket.  There is a separate toilet.
Electric economy 7 storage heaters throughout.
Private parking outside the Bungalow.
Rotary clothes airer.
Safe storage shed.
Large enclosed well maintained lawned area, patio, bar-be-que and garden seating.
