Canon Bridge House is set in beautiful, unspoilt Herefordshire countryside amongst working farms, but is well positioned for easy access to Hereford, Ross on Wye, Hay on Wye and the Black and White Trail.

The house is set up above the River Wye with views to the Black Mountains and enjoys 220 yds of river frontage.

The Garden Wing (seen on the right of the photograph above) which sleeps 4 is completely self contained and is part of a fine Grade II Listed period house, and comprises:

Spacious sitting room with period features, very efficient woodburner (initial supply of fuel provided), colour TV / DVD, stereo/CD system, original oak floor with rugs, views across walled garden.
Large farmhouse kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, AGA (winter months only), washing machine.
Dining room with electric fire.
Downstairs WC & washbasin.

Steep narrow stairs to first floor:
Two bedrooms, one twin with washbasin, and one double.
Bathroom/WC: bath and separate shower.
The property has full central heating, which is timed for morning/evening use.
