Caddy Cottage is a fully furnished 2 bedroom luxury Victorian stone cottage in Morebattle's famous Teapot Street. It is maintained to a very high standard and was fully refurbished in late 2007.

• The cottage will sleep four adults in two spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms are large and there is also space for cots or even an additional bed if required.
• Bedding and towels are provided and included in the rate and you will find Caddy Cottage very comfortable and well equipped.
• The lounge is large and comfortable with a wood burning stove, flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo with a selection of DVDs and CDs for guests enjoyment.

• And it's not just the Cheviots on your front doorstep - so are the Tweed and Teviot Rivers, providing world class Salmon and Trout fishing in beautiful surroundings.
• This part of the Borders is also very popular for horse riding and mountain biking as well as those who enjoy enjoy game shoots, walking and golf.
