The Cabin stands in a 1 acre garden on the edge of the woods near Three Cliffs Bay on the Gower Peninsula. Twenty minutes walk through the woods and along the river brings you to the beautiful, unspoilt, sandy beach with excellent swimming and fishing from the rocks. - Surfing, windurfing, golfing and sail boat hire are available locally, and there is pony-trekking by arrangment, good cycling and walking over nearby cliffs and moorland.
- En route to the beach there is also the Watermill in which jazz, folk and blues concerts are held in the summer.
 - Sandy Lane is a loosely-knit community of self built homes near the villiages Parkmill, Pennard and Southgate. There are 2 cafes, a good restaurant, a pub serving food, three stores, a P.O. chemist and doctors surgery within walking distance.
- It is 8 miles to Swansea and 6 to the victorian seaside resort of Mumbles were there are clubs, pubs and many resturants.
Accommodation The Cabin is a cosy space 60 metres from the main house. It is heated by wood-stove (logs are provided) or electricity. There is a small kitchen and wc/shower room. It has its own garden and looks into the tree tops at the back, (great for bird watching). Bed linen, towels and tea towels are supplied. If you are arriving late, we can light the fire and provide breakfast and groceries by arrangment. You are welcome to use the BBQ, firepit, pond, hammock, table tennis etc. in the garden. (please don't bring disposable BBQs). Pets are welcome provided you bring bedding, food bowls and large covers for bed and sofa. They must not be left unattended and you must clean up after them and keep them on a lead in the garden. The cabin is reached via a long, bumpy track. Friendly children, dogs, cows and wild ponies wonder at will so please drive very slowly. Parking can be a problem so please only bring one car.
