There is a 10% discount on all bookings of two or more weeks(either one cottage for a fortnight or two cottages for seven nights).
Two rods fishing per cottage is included in the price of cottage rentals.
There is over a mile of private fishing at Burnfoot, nearly half of this is double bank. There is salmon from June, the best run of salmon being in September/October. Brown trout are also fished at Burnfoot.
Fishing is permitted between 1st April and 31st October. A fishing licence is required. This can be purchased on at Langholm Post Office or on-line. There is no fishing permitted on Sundays.
All prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels, heating and electricity.
