Burnfoot Holiday Cottages are situated in the grounds of Burnfoot House amidst soft rolling hills, approximately 4 miles from the town of Langholm and 150 metres from the river Border Esk. There are four cottages, accommodating, 2 to 7 people, which are part of a converted Victorian stable block, ideal for couples, families or a group of friends. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 triple (with 3 single beds).

Fisherman's Rest (Sleeps 2)
With a glazed porch and situated on the ground floor throughout.
Kitchen/breakfast bar, lounge area, bathroom (shower only) and 1 double bedroom.

Kitchens are equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster.
TV with freeview and a DVD player in each cottage.
All cottages have full central heating.

There is salmon/trout fishing on private Burnfoot beat by prior arrangement (2 rods per cottage included in price). A fishing licence is required.

The area is renowned for outstanding natural beauty and country walks.
The local town of Langholm is full of character with good pubs and shopping facilities. It hosts musical and cultural events throughout the year, including the Festival of Common Riding in July.
