Burnfoot Holiday Cottages are situated in the grounds of Burnfoot House amidst rolling hills, approximately 4 miles from the town of Langholm and 150 metres from the River Border Esk.
Accommodating 2 to 7 people: Bedlinen, towels, heating and electricity included. Kitchens similarly equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and usual implements. 2 cottages have ground floor bathroom and bedroom. TV. Full central heating. Well behaved dogs welcome. Salmon/trout fishing on private Burnfoot beat by prior arrangement (2 rods per cottage included in price). Private Parking. Payphone. The Cottages are part of a converted Victorian stable block, ideal for couples, families or groups of friends.

The local town of Langholm with its pubs and shopping facilities hosts numerous musical and cultural events throughout the year, including the Festival of Common Riding in July.
