Burford house was built in the late 1700's and still has original georgian features such as sash windows that have been sound proofed and original fireplaces. The house is grade 2 listed and is an improtant building in Ryde due to its georgian build. Burford house is very well placed with magnificent views of the solent and the spinnika tower, with the beach and town less than 5 minute walks. The beaches streach for miles, are very soft and are combed twice a day.

• Sleeps 12: 3 Double bedrooms, 3 rooms with twin beds totalling 6 Bedrooms. All beds have high quality iron bedsteads with top quality matteresses because rest is important. All rooms have quality swag and tails curtains, tiffany bedside lamps and antique mirrors over the fire place and plenty of storage for clothes.
• 3 Bathrooms... Top large bathroom has a twin bath with jacuze and rainfall shower plus, steam room, multi body jets, radio, lights. There is also a sink and wc with anti-slip flooring.
• Middle bathroom has very large bath and power shower and sink with separte wc decorated to a high standard. Lower shower room is electric and also has a wc and high quality tiles from floor to ceiling.
• The Living room has a large decrative fire place and large sofa's with soft textured floor cushions, there is a 42 inch plasma TV with sky with movies, sport, entertainment. Provided is a DVD player with movies and broadband is also available which is included and payphone. The living room also has tiffany table lamps and leather faux tables this room also has high ceilings and floor to ceiling swag and tails curtains.
• Dining room has a large heavy jarli table able to seat 12, high chair provided, and a authentic lead crystal chanderlier and solid chrome plated floor standing 5 arm candlelabra and large mirror over the fireplace, this room is highly decorated for special times like your holiday.
• Reading room has a large sofa and ample books and a view of the back garden through french doors leading on to the patio.
• Kitchen is massive with additional area for a 6 quality kitchen table seating 6. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer,smeg range cooker and smeg dishwasher and microwave, kettle, stereo, toaster. The kitchen has many windows letting light flood in and french doors onto the back garden and another door leading straight into the carport. The kitchen is very well equiped.
• Playroom... is perfect for the kids with large tv and sky and playstation and dvd player. The room is well decorated with fun in mind and cosy for the kids to just flop onto. There are many games and puzzles and room for adults who are just big kids them selves.
• Utility room... this room has storage and a good quality washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an iron, ironing board and clothes horse. There is also a twin washing line in the garden when required.
• Rear garden... Is enclosed with a masonry BBQ and wooden table and chairs and a bistro set and two iron benches under the trellis with the honeysuckle and wisteria. The garden also has outside lighting. Please note that the gardener attends to the garden once a fortnight but would not disturb any body staying at Burford house.
• The drive way fits several cars and has iron gates for security and the house has a key code alarm to prevent intruders with security locks on the windows.
• The gas and electricity are provided free of charge and linen and towels are free of charge. Beach towels are not provided.
