Bunny Cottage is a secluded garden flat that forms part of a large Victorian house called Rabbit Hall, built in 1865. The cottage is in a delightful conservation area adjacent to the Promenade and the popular Portobello Beach. Easy access to the stunning world heritage capital of Scotland, home to the Edinburgh Festival and New Year celebrations, giving the best of both worlds - a seaside holiday and city break all in one!
Accommodation comprises: Sitting room/dining room with a king-size sofa bed, television, video, DVD and radio/CD player. Fully-fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), and washing machine. Bedroom - either with double bed + single, or 3 single beds, plus storage facilities. Shower room with hand basin, electric shower, WC, shaver point etc. Facilities: - Full gas central heating.
- Delightful small south-facing courtyard with BBQ.
- Cot is available on request.
- Babysitting can be arranged with owners' daughters!
- Ample free on street parking.
- Linen and towels provided (not for the beach!).

Location: - Easy reach of the eastern end of the ring road and A1.
- Excellent bus service to/from Princes Street with buses every few minutes during the day. Average journey is around 20 minutes.
- Newsagents/grocers close by, with full range of local shops in Portobello High Street. Large out-of-town shopping centre and supermarket within 2 miles.
- Variety of local restaurants, cafes and bars.
Things to do: - Beach, tennis courts and indoor swimming pool with gym and Turkish baths are all within easy walking distance.
- Excellent centre for visiting the many attractions of Edinburgh and the beaches, castles and golf courses of East Lothian and the Borders.
