Bryn Mor is a detached house in the small village of Tudweiliog that is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the Lleyn Peninsular. - The location is ideal for exploring the beaches, rocky coasts and the delightful rural lanes and hidden places of the Lleyn.
- The Snowdonia National Park is but a short drive away.
- A public footpath leads from near the house to the local beach (Towyn, about a 10 minute walk).
- Only a few minutes walk away, the Lion Hotel provides full facilities with a restaurant and beer garden.
 Accommodation The house has a large secluded garden at the rear with a patio that overlooks fields to the sea. The rear of the house dates from the 18th century and possesses exposed beams and other original features. Spacious accommodation is provided. - Upstairs, there are four bedrooms (two doubles, one twin singles and one large single) and a bathroom.
- Downstairs, there is a large lounge (with TV, DVD and Freeview), a second bathroom, a reading room, and a traditional dining room with Rayburn stove.
- A modern kitchen is along side the dining room and has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.
 - A small breakfast room/sun room is located beyond the kitchen and outside a utility room contains the washing machine and garden/patio/beach equipment.
- Heating is provided by the Rayburn (off in hot weather), oil filled radiators and, in the lounge/reading rooms, by wood buring effect Dimplex convection heaters.
All heating costs are included within the rental fee. - Only duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is available at £5 and £7 per single and double bed respectively.
- There is off road parking at the side of the house for three cars.
- Pets and smoking are not permitted in the house.
Pets and smoking are strictly not permitted in the house. A deposit of £150 per week is needed to secure your booking and payment in full is required at least one month before the let period. A 3% discount is available for a two week let. The house should be left clean and tidy on departure and the owners or the nearby house keeper will be pleased to deal with any issues arising during the let. Damage to the property will be charged.
