Bryn Hyfryd is a 156 year old stone cottage situated in a peaceful location 1/2 mile above Llanfairfechan on the North Wales coast, a large unspoilt village in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is justly famous for its sunsets! The views are spectacular, at the front there are wide sea views over the Menai Straits to Anglesey, Puffin Island and the Great Orme at Llandudno. At the rear the beautiful river valley is framed by the mountains of Snowdonia.
Accommodation This cosy house has 2 foot thick walls, exposed beams and is well furnished and equipped throughout. Bed linen towels, electricity and logs are included in the price. The accommodation consists of: - A comfortable sitting room with a wood burning stove in an ingle-nook fireplace; 2 sofas, digital TV, video and DVD.
- Large kitchen-diner with a cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave.

 Outside: - There is a well stocked and maintained private garden with a raised patio seating area giving superb views over the surrounding countryside.

Location: There are good local shops, pubs and extensive safe sandy beaches. Llandudno, Conwy, Anglesey, Bodnant Gardens and Snowdonia are all within easy reach. Activities nearby include golf, horse-riding, bird-watching, excellent walking and climbing; (the immediate coast is a large nature reserve).
