Bryn Hyfryd is a 156 year old stone cottage situated in a peaceful location 1/2 mile above Llanfairfechan on the North Wales coast, a large unspoilt village in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is justly famous for its sunsets! The views are spectacular, at the front there are wide sea views over the Menai Straits to Anglesey, Puffin Island and the Great Orme at Llandudno. At the rear the beautiful river valley is framed by the mountains of Snowdonia.

Accommodation  

• This cosy house has 2 foot thick walls, exposed beams and is well furnished and equipped throughout.
• Bed linen towels, electricity and logs are included in the price.

The accommodation consists of:  

• A comfortable sitting room with a wood burning stove in an ingle-nook fireplace; 2 sofas, digital TV and DVD player.
• Large kitchen diner with cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher.
• Bath / shower room.
• Large double bedroom with additional alcove bed + digital TV with DVD player.
• Twin bedroom.

Outside:  

• There is a well stocked and maintained private garden with a raised patio seating area giving superb views over the surrounding countryside.

• There are good local shops, pubs and extensive safe sandy beaches.
• Llandudno, Conwy, Anglesey, Bodnant Gardens and Snowdonia are all within easy reach.
