A medieval priory of the Poor Clares, Bruisyard Hall has been recently modernised and fully equipped to provide everything for a memorable holiday. Set in the tranquil Suffolk countryside, 12 miles from the sea and only 90 miles from London it is surrounded by garden and farmland with fish ponds filled with trout. The house is Listed Grade II and is the site of an Ancient Monument.
The village of Bruisyard has a post office and vineyard; nearby Framlingham with its historic castle provides a variety of shops; the coast includes Dunwich with its lost city; the RSPB reserve at Minsmere, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh and its famous festival.
