In a completely unspoilt and peaceful location, on a farm in North Northumberland, the two Brownridge Cottages face south to the Cheviot Hills.

Each cottage has: Its own garden and conservatory with seating. Open plan sitting/dining room/kitchen. One double bedroom. Bathroom with overbath shower on the ground floor. The first floor has one twin bedroom (an extra bed can be provided in this bedroom). Services: - Open fire, night storage heaters.

Locality About halfway between Wooler and Berwick-upon-Tweed, Brownridge Farm is one and a quarter miles from the village of Lowick, on the ancient Roman road, the Devil's Causeway. Long, sandy beaches are found six miles to the east and fine walking country in the Cheviots, seven miles to the south. Riding stables four miles away. Excellent area for interesting golf courses, bird watching and magnificent castles (Alnwick Castle is 21 miles). Six miles to Holy Island and fifteen miles to the Farne Islands. Lowick Village has two pubs serving food and one shop/post office.
