Attractive three bedroom cottage professionally converted from 19th century stables.
Open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and exposed beams.
Newly carpeted.
Sleeps 6 + 1 - cot.
Bright sun room/lobby.
Central heating and hot water included.
Linens, duvets, cleaning supplies included.
Bathroom - bath and shower.
Woodburner - wood included.
Fully fitted kitchen including microwave.
Television/DVD combined.
Washing machine and tumble dryer. Drying rack available.
Dogs by prior arrangement only.
Paddocks available by arrangement.
Two parking spaces.
Additional parking available through gate.
Welcome package will be provided; Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, cereal, fresh eggs, etc.

The quaint villages and historic towns of West Sussex nestled in the rolling hills (photo shows the South Downs) and along the coast provide interesting sights, mountain boarding, horse riding, great shops and markets, festivals, and endless diversions.
There are hundreds of miles of bridleways crisscrossing the fantastic South Downs. The experienced and the novice equestrian will find beauty and peaceful riding.
Walkers can stroll along breath taking forest trails in the presence of rabbit, fox, deer, and other woodland creatures.

Booking Details:

Rates are based on a Saturday to Saturday holiday
- check-in after 3 PM;
- check out before 10 AM.
Weekends and Monthly rates available.
Non-refundable deposit. The balance, is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
