Bron Turnor is a smal farm (sheep and horses) situated between the popular town of Porthmadog and the village of Penrhyndeudraeth. Nearby are sandy beaches, castles and the mountains of Snowdonia. Steam trains on the Ffestiniog Railway actually cross the farm and can be seen from the living room.
Accommodation The cottage is situated next to the main farmhouse, it has its own patio area as well as access to the main garden and fields. There is parking for two cars. The accomodation is of a high standard, providing comfortable accommodation all year round, with gas central heating; it consists of: - Fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave.
- The kitchen opens onto a large living room (approx 30 ft x 16ft), full of character with original beams, some antique furniture, large window, gas stove. This room is carpeted, has sofas (including double sofa bed), armchairs, TV, dining table and chairs.
- There are two steps down to the bedroom area, a Master bedroom with double bed, wash hand basin.
- Second bedroom with twin beds.
- Landing area, with single bed.
- Bathroom with white bathroom suite and shower over the bath.
Outside: - There are two entrance doors to the property, one opens onto the kitchen, the other is at the opposite side of the building and opens onto the living room.
- There is a paved area to one side of the property, with table and chairs - ideal for a barbecue.
- There is parking for two cars and access to other lawned areas, shared with Bron Turnor farmhouse and providing a safe play area for children.
