 Bron Turnor is a small farm (sheep and horses) situated between the popular coastal town of Porthmadog and the village of Penrhyndeudraeth. Nearby are sandy beaches, castles and the mountains of Snowdonia. Steam trains on the Ffestiniog Railway actually cross the farm.
The farmhouse is a traditional welsh farmhouse which has been sympathetically extended to provide spacious living accommodation: There is oil fired central heating with radiators in all rooms. Downstairs there is an entrance porch and a large hallway leading to: Lounge - featuring a wood burning stove, pine flooring, and furnished with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV. Dining room - including wood burning stove, pine flooring, pine dining table, seating 10, and antique Welsh Dresser. Kitchen - with fitted oak units, slate tiled floor, an oil fired Rayburn cooker as well as an electric cooker. Equipment includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and drier (There is a small utility room adjoining the kitchen). Breakfast room - with patio doors opening onto a decked area above the garden. Playroom/study overlooking garden - a leather sofa bed, TV/video and games console. WC.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms: Master Bedroom with King Size bed and wash basin; Bedroom 2 with Double Bed, Bedroom 3 with Twin Beds, Bedroom 4 with Bunk Beds, Bedroom 5 with a single bed. The main bathroom includes bath and a separate shower; in addition there is a separate shower room. Outside: Outdoors there is a large parking area and a private lawned area - together with access to other parts of the garden and fields which are shared with Bron Turnor Cottages (same ownership).
