 Centrally positioned within one hour of Perth, Edinburgh and Glasgow, Broich Cottage is ideal for excursions into the hills or just absorbing local culture or the tranquillity of Perthshire. Situated within the grounds of Lanrick Estate, the cottage which is located close to a Georgian farmhouse, enjoys a peaceful, quiet and beautiful setting. The cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard and is warm, comfortable and spacious with an open fire. Guests may play tennis, fish for salmon and trout or just enjoy walking in the magnificent woodlands that cover the banks along the 4 miles of the River Teith that run through the Estate. There are two riverside retreats with fires where guests may have barbecues, picnics or just read books to the sound of running water. Local wildlife and bird life is abundant. Stirling or Dunblane are both within ten miles where supplies may be replenished. Numerous golf courses, including Gleneagles, are within half an hour's drive and other local entertainment includes falconry, off-road driving, walking and excellent retail therapy!
