Bridge Cottage is set in the heart of the creekside village of Gweek, well-known for its working boatyard and National Seal Sanctuary. This stone fronted, end of terrace Listed cottage gives you a true taste of Cornish village life in the beautiful Helford Valley. The cottage has been lovingly restored, with tremendous attention to detail. There is a fully enclosed cottage garden, hand-built Wendy House and stream.

The beaches of the Lizard are a short drive away and there are some wonderful walks, public gardens, fishing and boat hire on your doorstep.

Accommodation:

Ground Floor - Sitting Room with wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player with sofa and sofa bed. Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Farmhouse dining table and chairs with French windows leading to the garden.

Bathroom with roll-top bath, fitted shower, WC and wash basin.

First Floor - Bedroom 1 with double beds, and Bedroom 2 with twin beds.

Outside - Off-road parking for one car. Fully enclosed Cottage Garden with hand-built Wendy House, log store and stream. Garden furniture and barbecue.

Facilities and Services:  
  • Shop 20 yards. Pub 20 yards. Regular, daily bus service between Helston and Falmouth.
  • Tariff includes Electricity, Heating, Linen, Hand Towels (not beach towels) and first basket of Logs. Complimentary Cream Tea on arrival.
  • Changeover day is Friday arriving after 3.00 pm, vacating by 10.00 am on day of departure.
  • A deposit of 20% on confirmation is required with balance due six weeks before arrival.
