A refurbished spacious Victorian cottage located in Totland Bay in beautiful West Wight, backing onto farmland. - The property is one mile from Totland Bay, Freshwater Bay and the Jurassic coastline and located within easy reach of a number of footpaths across farmland and to Tennyson Down which is owned by the National Trust.
- 5 Brickfield Cottages makes an ideal location for a summer beach holiday or a winter walking holiday or a base from which to explore the rest of the Island.
Accommodation  The property comfortably sleeps five over three floors with a 2nd floor double and a 1st floor single and a kingsize that can be separated into two further singles. A travel cot is also available. Bed linen is included except for the cot. 1st floor bathroom with bath and shower over. Comfortable sitting room with colour digital TV, DVD and CD/Radio. Dining room with large refectory table to accommodate extra visitors; high chair available. Modern well equipped kitchen including gas oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washer/tumble drier, fridge and freezer. The kitchen also opens out onto a patio so you can enjoy your meals in the garden. Gas central heating and electricity are provided free of charge. Enclosed garden with BBQ and garden furniture provided. A well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement.
