Hawthorn Cottage is situated in the village of Crackington Haven, just over the Devon border in beautiful North Cornwall. It occupies a quiet spot inside the entrance of a private drive with its own parking space. Hawthorn Cottage has been sympathetically converted from an old barn and features some of the original beams.
It is a detached single storey building with lawns front and back where a picnic table and barbecue are provided.
The entrance porch has Cornish slate flooring leading into a hall; to the right is an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and matching pine furniture (duvets, bed linen and towels are provided).
There is a small separate kitchen equipped with an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, attractive china, ample kitchen utensils and many other extras.
To the left of the hall the beamed lounge/diner has a round pine table and matching chairs, two comfortable easy chairs, TV, and an additional room heater.
Night storage heating is included in the price from the beginning of October to the end of April.
Lets are from 3.00pm Saturday to 10.00am Saturday but short out of season breaks can also be arranged. During the stay additional electricity is provided via a £1 coin machine and launderette facilities are also available.
Please Note - One pet is welcome but there will be a small charge.
