Duvets and Pillows are available in the property but guests will need to bring their own bed linen and of course towels, tea towls and toiletries.
Provisional bookings must be confirmed in writing within 7 days, together with your £50.00 deposit
(PER WEEK BOOKING) which is non-returnable.
The balance is required to be paid at least 13 days before the start of your holiday.

Keys may be collected from reception between 2:30pm - 3:30pm on the day of arrival and must be returned by 10:00am latest, on the day of departure.
If you are not able to arrive/depart at these times please do let us know well in advance so that we can try and plan alternative arrangements.
The property should be left clean and tidy with windows and doors closed and locked.
Please also ensure that appliances,heating,water and lighting are switched off.
