The Old Smithy is a delightful conversion on a traditional working family farm - natural calf rearing, summer grass fed lambs, free range hens. The choice is yours - it is a perfect place to relax or enjoy walks through the fields and woodland or provides an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area with its fabulous sandy beaches, expansive Cheviot hills, abundance of castles, stunning gardens and many places of interest.

Accommodation

The former Smithy has been converted into a cosy sitting room with a deep sofa and armchairs, attractive stripped furniture, books and games. This room overlooks the South facing walled garden and the Cheviot hills.
Adjacent to this room is the well-equipped kitchen/diner room with a large farmhouse pine table.
There is a double and twin bedroom downstairs with a further twin bedroom upstairs.
The downstairs bathroom also has a shower and there is a loo upstairs and downstairs.
As well as full central heating there is also a woodburner in the sitting room.
There is a cot and a high chair.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
