Bowlees Farm is situated in the heart of the beautiful County Durham, located near the idyllic country side village of Wolsingham. It offers you the remoteness of a country retreat with its own swimming pool, indoor hot tub and its own full size snooker table, as well as being a brilliant starting point for exploring the region with good transport links to the Metro Center, the city of Newcastle and the whole of durham itself.
 
 Accommodation
It was initially a modest stone built farmhouse and byres (1590), which has been added to and renovated over the years. At Christmas 2004 whilst a working Pig farm, it was purchased by Tony and Viv for a family home and holiday cottage. During the extensive renovations we decided to make one larger exclusive cottage rather than the existing two holiday cottages.
Whether you choose to take in the amazing countryside that county Durham has to offer or are looking for a quite retreat before taking in the night life the local towns have to offer, Bowlees Farm is the ideal place to stay.
