£30 DISCOUNT off total price of all properties if staying two weeks and apply for £30 off price quoted if applying for late booking within 14 days of holiday date.

Balance payable one month ahead of one week let unless two
cottages are booked or one for two weeks in which case balance is due two months ahead of let.
If you care to please indicate above how you first heard of us and any other comments you wish to make below about special requirements e.g. cot, We provide linen in all cottages with two sets of towels provided as well . Additional towels above this number should be brought to suit size of party.Please note any changes in arrival dates.
Cacellations :- We strongly advise guests to insure against cancellation . Generally the deposit is non returnable with return of balance only possible after successful relet of cottage .Should the accommodation become unlettable through circumstances beyond our control you shall be entitled to a refund not exceeding the amount paid. There is a £40 returnable bond for dogs payable at time of balance and providing there is no damage to property or additional cleaning required this would be returned 7 days after holiday ends with no additional charge for dog during holiday.
