Borders Cottage is situated on the sea-front at Lower Burnmouth. This fishermans cottage has the most amazing sunrise and sunset views and has an idyllic location on a private stretch of sea-front at the foot of the majestic cliffs surrounding Burnmouth.

Watch the sea-life from the sitting-room window, grey seals etc and the rocky shore is just yards away.
The cottage is an excellent base for diving, fishing, golf, walking, bird watching and close to some fabulous beaches.
Edinburgh is 50 miles and can be reached by car or train form nearby Berwick, 6 miles away.

ACCOMMODATION

The cottage sleeps up to 6, and has electric heating.
3 Bedrooms, Shower and wc upstairs, wc and washbasin downstairs.
The bedrooms are a very generous size and newly carpeted throughout, the bathroom is also newly furnished. (shower not bath).
Non Smokers please, sorry no pets, not suitable for under 5's.
There is parking for 2 cars and outdoor furniture to sit out at to enjoy the wonderful views.
There is a pub at the top of the hill and the main shopping facilities are at Eyemouth and Berwick, this cottage is very special - come and visit soon.
