Booze, a tiny hamlet 3/4 of a mile from Langthwaite in Arkengarthdale, 3 miles from Reeth in Swaledale.

Wonderful views, ideal for walkers.
Langthwaite has 2 pubs and a riding centre.
Reeth has a post office/shop, bakery, gift shops, garage, tearooms and pubs which do good food.
Richmond and Barnard Castle (12 miles) with their castles, provide more facilities.

East Cottage, an 18th century lead-miners cottage, now fully modernised.

Storage heaters throughout plus fires in Lounge and Dining room.
All fuel and electricity included.
Walk in all directions from the door.
Small garden in which to sit, BBQ and enjoy the peace and views.
Garden furniture provided.
Parking for 2/3 cars.
Access not suitable for low clearance vehicles.

Accommodation

Large lounge with TV/DVD, radio/CD player, books, games.
Dining room.
Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer.
Bathroom upstairs, downstairs shower room.
Three bedrooms: Large double with 5ft bed, twin room plus 2 full sized pull out beds to make family room if needed, and a small double with 4ft bed. Pine bedroom furniture.
Bedlinen provided but please bring own towels.
