18th Century Stone Riverside Cottage set in the heart of the Llyn Peninsula between Portmadoc and seaside Nefyn.

Situated on the River Erch (trout stream) Riverside Cottage occupies a secluded sheltered riverside setting by its own private bridge, in an area of oustanding natural beauty adjoining the magnificent landscape of Snowdonia and coastline of Cardigan Bay. The surrounding garden is bordered by mature trees and hedges and a small gate leads to stepping stones across the river.

There is excellent walking and bird-watching (Dippers, Kingfishers) in the immediate area (including fishing in front of the cottage).

Access is easy to the sandy beaches and rocky inlets of the Lleyn Peninsula (10 mins by car). The towns Pwllheli and Porthmadog are all within easy driving distance.
