 Situated in the pretty harbour town of Yarmouth, Boaters is an individual architect designed detached house occupying an enviable position away from main roads but within easy walking distance of a wide choice of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as being close to the picturesque harbour. It offers stylish light and spacious accommodation for up to 11 people.
Yarmouth's family friendly Sandhard beach is either a 10-minute walk or more easily accessed by the harbour boat taxi. The beach is great for safe swimming, sand castles and crabbing. There is also a dedicated barbecue area overlooking the harbour and Solent. The Yarmouth/Freshwater cycle track along the River Yar is accessed from the end of Mill Road - cycle hire is available in the town, and the Yarmouth/Lymington ferry service is within very easy walking distance, (5 minutes).
Within 10 to 15 minutes drive are the sandy beaches on the south west coast of the Island, such as Compton and Brook, popular for surfing and kite surfing and fantastic walking and riding is available on the surrounding downland, accessible from the doorstep.
The accommodation comprises:
Ground Floor  Entrance hall leading to a large open plan Kitchen/dining room, fully equipped with oak fronted units, solid wooden work surfaces with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. There is a glazed extension to the room with a breakfast bar with double glass doors opening to the courtyard garden. The sitting room to the front of the house has large glazed windows fitted with wooden slatted blinds, comfy leather sofas, TV/DVD and stereo. Cloakroom. 
First Floor - Two double bedrooms and bunk room.
- Bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
Second Floor - Double bedroom with views over the Yar estuary and harbour, bedroom with 3 single beds.
- Shower room with WC and basin.
Outside - Fully enclosed courtyard garden to the rear.
- Private parking for two standard cars.
Upon booking a £200 deposit is due with final payment due four weeks before arrival.
