is a cosy self catering terraced holiday cottage located in Pilton on the western edge of Barnstaple. The cottage is very handy for all the North Devon beaches and the Exmoor National Park. It has been our own 'home from home' for a number of years and we still use it regularly for short holidays throughout the year.

• The lounge/dining room also has a coal effect gas fire. There is colour TV and plenty of comfortable seating for 4 adults.
• The kitchen is at the rear of the cottage and is fully equipped for self catering. There is an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. The room has dual aspect windows and plenty of work surfaces.
• The rear door of the kitchen leads out to a flight of steep steps up to the rear garden area which has been paved to form a large enclosed patio. There is garden furniture and a clothes dryer. Beyond the patio is a gravel parking area for one car. This is accessed via double gates from the lane at the rear of the cottage.
• On the first floor, Bluebell Cottage has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom has an electric shower over the full length bath. There is also a basin and toilet.
• The double room features a king size bed, large wardrobes and a nice view from the two windows.
• The twin room has 3ft beds with double size duvets. There is ample hanging space and a view onto the rear patio.

Facilities:  

• Bluebell Holiday Cottage is available throughout the year for weekly lets (normally Saturday to Saturday).
• Sorry no pets. No smoking please.
• Linen: Pillows and duvets are provided - Please bring your own bed linen: One king size duvet cover, 2 double duvet covers, pillowslips, towels and teatowels.
• Electricity is provided by charging meter key - the local shop can top up the key for you.

Location
Bluebell Holiday Cottage is just 15 minutes walk from the ancient pannier market town of Barnstaple. In addition to all the usual high street stores there is an under cover mall and many interesting back street shops. Alongside the Pannier market, which was built in 1855, is Butchers Row - a unique row of butchers shops which have been trading for over 100 years (some have now been taken over by other traders - delis, fishmongers, bakers etc). Market days are Tuesdays and Fridays for local produce.
