  Blawearie House is a traditional detached Scottish farmhouse built before 1780's on an elevated site. Situated on Kingennie estate it has panoramic views over surrounding farmland out to sea and Kingennie Fishings and Kingennie Golf Course. Set in large beautiful gardens it affords privacy and tranquillity in an idyllic location well away from busy roads. Enjoy the stunning landscaped gardens with Scots Pine trees, mature shrubs, stone dykes and abundant local wildlife especially the varied wild birds, which include thrushes, yellowhammers, finches, wrens, swans, herons, and grey partridge.
  Blawearie House is a much loved family holiday home which provides total relaxation within its house and gardens and fantastic space to comfortably entertain family and friends. We invite you to come and enjoy!

Three public rooms which include a real wood-burning stove in the TV room, an open fire for added atmosphere in the cosy lounge and a delightful Garden Room with formal dining facilities and stunning views of the garden and golf course. An attractive newly fitted farmhouse style dining kitchen exceptionally well equipped including large Rangemaster Elan stove ensures successful catering. The adjoining utility room has a large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Dryer and freezer provided in garage. Four bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and an additional single bedroom and luxury shower room downstairs. A king size double bedroom, twin bedroom, adult sized bunk bedroom, double bedroom and single bedroom and double sofa bed provides for flexible sleeping requirements. Fully double-glazed and centrally heated for year round occupation. All bed linen and towels are provided. All gas, electricity, and wood for fires included in the rental - no extra cost. A welcome pack of local produce is provided.
