 Blair Bratach is a well decorated, modernised and tastefully furnished bungalow, set in the quiet, picturesque village of Kirkmichael in the Strathardle valley. Centrally located for touring and seeing the beautiful and historical areas in the Highlands, western, eastern and central Scotland. - The property is situated in the Southern Perthshire Highlands at the head of the lovely Strathardle Valley, 12 miles to the north of Blairgowrie and 12 miles to the east of Pitlochry. Ideal for touring.

Accommodation Double-glazed and electrically heated throughout. Sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms. Well equipped with a fully fitted kitchen containing electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Tumble dryer and garden furniture are also provided. Pay telephone. Colour TV, Sky Satellite, video recorder, DVD, CD + tape deck. Heated bath/shower room. Linen provided free and towels available if required. Driveway parking accommodation for 3 cars. Secure parking provided for bicycles and motorbikes. Locally - Village amenities include a well-stocked grocery store, post office and filling station.
