Blackwaterfoot is one of the most beautiful villages on the west coast of Arran, one of Scotland's best-kept secrets. The location of the cottage is very convenient. It is in the centre of the village close to the beach and all the other amenities.

50 yards to the beach and picturesque harbour
200 yards to amenities of local hotel (bars, pool, sauna, squash)
300 yards to the golf course
Other amenities close by include shops, pony trekking, fishing, tennis courts, cycle hire and bowling green.

Features
This modern house (1993), designed and built in traditional Scottish cottage style is extremely well appointed.

Accommodation comprises:

One living room with open plan kitchen, three bedrooms (one with twin beds, one with a double bed, and one with bunks).
There are two bathrooms (both with shower).
The house sleeps four adults plus two children comfortably.
The house is tastefully furnished and contains many modern conveniences including autowasher, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, telephone, open fire, electric central heating, colour TV, DVD player.
The living room and bedroom windows have sea views.
There is a small enclosed garden to the rear.

Availability:
Available from January to December.
The house can also be booked at certain times of the year for long weekends - prices on application.

Extras:

Bed linen and towels are not provided but duvets are provided for all beds.
Prices include all electricity costs.
