The cottage has been recently refurbished with modern facilities needed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

• Kitchen/Dining room - pine lined wall and ceiling set off pleasant appeal to kitchen. Includes washing machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, larder fridge, tabletop freezer, microwave, and well stocked with utensils to provide catering for 7 Adults.
• One twin bedroom fitted with adult size bunk beds, wardrobe and dressing table.
  Bathroom with bath and electric shower, shaving point.

First Floor  

• One family room with double bed and one single bed, with comb-ceiling with built in mirror door wardrobe, pine chest of drawers and pine dressing table/mirror.
• One twin bedded room with comb-ceiling, pine wardrobe, pine chest of drawers and pine dressing table/mirror.

• The cottage has double glazing and oil central heating throughout.
• Bed linen, electricity and fuel all included in tarrifs.
• Enclosed secure garden with large picnic bench.

An excellent variety of shops and restaurants available in nearby Grantown-on-Spey, Elgin and Inverness. Local Post Office/Grocery Store and petrol station only 4 miles away.
