Binghams Farm offers a fantastic location. On one hand both Roe Barn and Bluebell Cottage sit in the beautiful, quiet Brit Valley in the heart of West Dorset, an area of outstanding natural beauty. On the other both the dramatic Jurassic Coast and the thriving market town of Bridport, made famous by the River Cottage TV series, are within a 5 minute car or bus ride, or indeed can be walked.

Sitting in its own private one acre paddock, Roe Barn is a beautifully converted stone barn sleeping up to 6 people. Exposed beams blend great character with state of the art heating and fittings.

Accommodation

The spacious double vaulted lounge/kitchen room enjoys underfloor heating and French doors leading to the gardens.
The oak kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and NEFF cooker.
The lounge area has two comfortable leather sofas where guests can relax in front of the woodburner - logs free of charge. Sky TV and DVD movies are available through the flat screen TV.
The ground floor leads down from the lounge by three steps. The comfortable king size double room has French doors. The luxury bathroom located next door has walk in power shower. A second bedroom with two single beds is available by arrangement.
Upstairs the characterful double room is open plan with fantastic views. A corner bath with hand held shower adds a touch of luxury with a separate toilet and basin.
Both double bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

Outside

The private gardens offer patio furniture seating six and a gas bbq.

This is a great environment for anyone who loves the outdoors. There are dedicated walks through an orchard and woodland with access to the Brit Valley Footpath and beyond.

Local facilities only 2 minutes drive away.
